David Griffin, Managing Director and founder of GTMinsight, established the executive coaching and recruiting firm in 2015.   With David's background as a leader in the technology industry, he specializes in executive coaching and executive search across organizations often in the IT, Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Sales Engineering business functions.  David is  engaged by companies experiencing a fast pace of growth and change often backed by Private Equity or Venture Capital firms with the need to add or grow executive leaders to achieve growth of the business and the leaders.   David's senior leadership experience crosses over software startup Mercury Interactive to multi-billion dollar tech companies such as  Hewlett Packard and CA, underscoring a track record of business growth and large-scale management. David's global leadership roles included managing teams of 500+ professionals, navigating change through mergers and acquisitions, and developing leaders who are now  entrepreneurs, business unit leaders, and C-suite executives. David completed a B.S. Degree in Computer Science, MBA, the executive leadership coaching program through the Rice University Doerr Institute, an International Coaching Federation certified program.   David resides in Texas and part time in Grayton Beach, Florida.
