Ty Flippin is an executive coach and fractional chief revenue officer with over 25 years of experience in the technology space. He is an experienced leader, focused on positive business outcomes for his clients accomplished through thoughtful insight, coaching and leadership. Ty began his technology career in IT roles then transitioned to technical sales consulting for in the tech startup space. He then thrived in sales as a top performer for several years before moving into leadership and executive assignments. His global experience outside the US includes significant business development in Europe and Asia Pacific regions He has worked for large enterprises such as Hewlett Packard and USAA, as well as several startups ranging from $2m in revenue to the hypergrowth of Mercury Interactive on their journey from $100m to $1B in revenue prior to acquisition. This vast range of professional experience provides a multi-faceted understanding of the market, technology, and value his clients seek to deliver. Ty leverages this experience as an executive coach to help seasoned executives and newly appointed leaders alike understand their opportunities and challenges from many angles. In addition, he currently serves as fractional CRO for 2 technology firms in their scale-up stage. Ty completed at B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
